Child/sibling moves display and lists

XuanXuanGo can display child moves on the board, they are displayed in different color if they have different properties. For example, for tesuji moves, they are displayed in cyan, bad moves in red. The node lists on the lower right corner of the window show the move names and properties. Pass move is invisible on the board, but it shows up in the node lists.
